As of August 1, 2024, we are excited to welcome Stephan Häming as a new member of the DIGIBO Best! project team. With his extensive professional background, he brings valuable experience and expertise that will enrich our project.

Before joining the DIGIBO Best! project, Stephan Häming worked for many years as a teacher at a comprehensive school. During this time, he made a name for himself as a career guidance coordinator, helping numerous students on their path to the professional world. His deep understanding of the challenges young people face when choosing a career will be a great asset to our project.

Stephan Häming studied Nutritional Science and Sports Science for teaching at vocational schools. He completed his teacher training and gained his first teaching experience at these schools. Through his work in vocational and comprehensive schools, he combines pedagogical expertise from various educational systems.

The DIGIBO Best! project places great emphasis on supporting and promoting school-specific approaches to career guidance. With his experience in developing and implementing tailored concepts, Stephan Häming will help address the specific needs of individual schools and support them in shaping their career guidance programs.
