The fourth cross-school workshop series has been running since October. Once again, we are helping schools to further develop their career guidance programmes in a targeted manner, with a practical, dialogue-oriented approach and a clear view of the respective school reality.
The focus is on the individual concerns of the participating schools. These include, among other things:
key feature of the workshop series is the exchange between schools and different types of schools. Participants contribute different experiences, conditions and perspectives. This is precisely what creates added value: schools learn from each other, compare approaches and jointly develop viable solutions.
Participants describe this change of perspective as particularly beneficial. It has an impact beyond the workshops: between sessions, the schools also network more closely, exchange materials and support each other in further developing their concepts.
We would like to express our sincere thanks for the committed participation, openness in the exchange and constructive cooperation. The current workshop series shows once again how much potential there is in joint school development – especially when career guidance is understood as a common field of action.
