Our presentations focused on introducing the project itself and presenting the initial results from our first workshop phase. The project is based on the Design Based Research approach. It pursues the aim of developing a digitally supported accompanying concept based on theory and practical expertise. This serves the systematic further development of career guidance. In the first workshops, it became clear that schools interpret the anticipated opportunities and challenges as well as the resulting needs and next steps individually for each school.
