Annual review: Key milestones and activities in the project

In addition to the ongoing cross-school workshops, the past project year was marked by other important activities and development steps.

A central component was the training and networking of multipliers for the project. These individuals were trained in a variety of formats and involved in in-depth professional exchanges. The materials developed in the project were discussed intensively and their use was reflected upon. The multipliers are currently conducting workshops independently at specially selected schools, thus contributing to the further dissemination and consolidation of the project content.

In September, an additional workshop was held for the head teachers of the schools involved in the project. In addition to a presentation of the project and initial results, one of the main topics of the day was career guidance as a school development task. Another focus was on the role and importance of school management in the sustainable establishment and implementation of career guidance structures. The Ministry of Schools and Education (MSB) was also represented, providing an additional perspective on the importance of the topic. The exchange of best practice examples, current challenges and ideas for the future design of career guidance across schools and, in particular, across school types was welcomed by the participants.

Overall, feedback on the workshop was very positive, with particular emphasis on the joint exchange of ideas.

In addition, the project was also presented at scientific conferences in order to present and discuss results on the one hand and to participate in scientific discourse on the other. Project results were presented at the WiN·BO conference in Baden and the BWP conference in Darmstadt, among others.

The project team can look back on a successful year in which cooperation was successful at all levels. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the successful collaboration. We wish everyone a great end to the year, a relaxing holiday season and a good start to the new year!
